The 30-day revenue guarantee

Your purchase of the AI E-com Agents Starter Kit is covered by our conditional guarantee: follow the daily action plan provided with the kit, and if your store does not make its first $4,000 in store revenue within 30 days of going live, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility requirements

The guarantee is conditional on executing the required daily actions. To be eligible for a refund you must, for the 30 days after your store goes live:

• Create your store using the AI store builder linked on the thank-you page and submit your store link as instructed.
• Activate the AI agents (product research, viral video finder, content scripts, buyer response).
• Create dedicated TikTok and Instagram accounts for your store and post 5 to 10 viral videos per day using the content the agents deliver.
• Complete the daily checklist provided in the kit and be able to show your posting history.
• Respond to buyer inquiries generated by your store.

How to claim a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the support page or WhatsApp below within the guarantee window and include your purchase details and proof of your daily actions. We will review your submission and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

Digital delivery and refunds

The Services are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Refunds under the guarantee are handled as described above; in rare cases where a refund may be required by applicable consumer protection laws or other binding legal requirements, we will comply with the minimum standards set forth by law.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

You agree to contact us first in the event of any dispute regarding payments or fees charged. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and/or pursue further legal remedies. We maintain records of deliveries and communications.
